Athletic Clearance Packet Full clearance packets are due once a year. Once you've filled this out for a sport you'll only need to fill out a "mini" sport clearance packet for any other sports. Example: To clear for football you were required to complete the entire packet. When the next season starts and you want to play basketball (just an example) you only need to fill out a "mini" sports clearance card. These can be picked up at the receptionist desk or the Finance Office. They are not available online.Print out the athletic clearance packet and return it to Julie Uto in the finance office.
