If you need access to a Chromebook or if your Chromebook needs repair, please email helpdesk@schscougars.org or call (619) 660-3570.  You can also go to the library at any time during the school day for help with your computer.

Update Chromebook 

• Every month Google Chrome sends out updates to their browser.  Please check your browser is up to date monthly or when it seems to have issues!  Instructions are HERE.

Canvas:

• Parent as an observer - Follow THESE instructions to pair your student with your parent canvas account.

• Missing courses/no courses - Aeries syncs with Canvas at night.  Class Changes made today won’t change in Canvas until the next day.  If it’s still missing the next day, Students need to contact their grade level counselor.  If there were no class changes, contact the teacher on how to view their class.
