Partnering with district leadership to attract, interview, and hire highly qualified teachers, administrators, and support staff who are passionate about student success and equity in education. -
Employee Support & Relations:
Fostering a professional and respectful workplace culture through consistent communication, conflict resolution, and advocacy for staff needs and concerns. -
Onboarding & Professional Development:
Coordinating orientation programs and ongoing professional learning opportunities to support continuous growth and instructional excellence. -
Compliance & Credentialing:
Ensuring all staff meet California credentialing requirements and that employment practices comply with applicable labor laws, education codes, and district policies. -
Benefits & Wellness:
Administering comprehensive employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness resources to support the physical and mental well-being of staff.
