Current Students

For current students, transcripts are free until August 1st of the year the student graduates. For example, if you graduated in June of 2026, you have until August 1st to get free transcripts through Parchment.   If you need to ship a physical copy, there will be a $2.95 shipping and handling fee.  If you are trying to unenroll, please go here for the proper procedure.

 

Recent Graduates

If you graduated within the last year, you can get a free copy of your transcript by coming to the high school.  If you use Parchment, you will have to pay the required fee.

 

Alumni and Third Party

For alumni and third party entities that wish to have an electric or mailed copy, please use Parchment.

 

In Person Copies

Transcripts are also available to picked up in person from the school for $5 a copy (unless you are a current student or graduated within the last year). You must first pay at the finance office and then bring the receipt to the registrar.  This option is not available in July.

 

Parents/guardians may only request on behalf of their student if the student is under 18 years of age. Diplomas cannot be duplicated.  Official transcripts are considered legal documentation of education by colleges and employers.
