The primary goal of the “Cards For Kids” club is to uplift and encourage children facing challenging times in hospitals. We aim to create and deliver handmade cards filled with uplifting messages with colorful designs, providing a personal touch that brightens their day, while giving our club members a chance to get community service hours. Our purpose and long-term goal are to consistently deliver joy to these young patients, making their hospital stay a little brighter and more colorful. Inviting all students from each grade level, no matter their artistic ability, to create meaningful cards.
What we want to accomplish:
- Deliver 60 cards a month altogether
- Collaborating with local artists to help create special original art with inspiring themes for the kids in the hospital.
- Making a positive community around the school, with new participants in all grade levels, that will create thoughtful messaging.
